You can try my macarons exclusively at EARL Canteen in the courtyard behind 500 Bourke Street, Melbourne (website). Supplies are always limited! Special orders should be made via EARL.

Every new flavour has a name, a description, and a version number so that macaron lovers (and I) can keep track of their favourite flavours and modifications.

About 2 years ago, I posted a comment in your macaron blog that I have never seen or tasted macarons before..
Now I have learned how to make them via class and also following your instructions (thanks!) and have sampled a number of macarons from different shops (some ~ok and others not).
I’m so excited that I will be able to taste yours soon and I’m sure they will be the best in town:)

Is it possible to order some macarons to be sent to Geelong by post please?
@Lyndall: Simply no, I’m afraid. In the future, if production resumes in a commercial context, I would examine packaging for transport, but I would want to be sure product could be transported without damage, and with macarons that’s a challenge.
