One of the difficulties of small scale artisan production is finding ways to supply customers who can't make it to the café during the (sometimes rather small) window of availability. I'm pleased to tell you that I can offer some pre-orders for collection on Monday 20th December. [QUOTA REACHED, BUT YOU CAN STILL REGISTER YOUR INTEREST IN CASE THERE ARE EXTRAS OR SOMEONE CHANGES THEIR MIND]
You can place requests for up to ten macarons, at $3 each.
Collection from Liaison Café will be between 10.00am and 2.30pm only on Monday 20th December. The macarons will be best for eating on the day (but you can of course keep them longer).
The range of flavours is:
- HERBERT dark: subtle peppermint and dark chocolate ganache
- VIOLA white: violet and aniseed ganache
- JUDY dark: ginger flavoured dark chocolate ganache
- SHAREE white: delicate cherry flavour macarons with Christmassy appearance
- and one more Christmas flavour that I'm still working on;)
If you want specific flavours from the above list, you are welcome to request them, but as there aren't equal numbers, I won't be able to accommodate every request.

Tuesday this week is violet and green!
- VIOLA white: violet and aniseed
- and the return of HERBERT dark: subtle peppermint in dark chocolate. This is a more rounded version, with not a drop of essence in it!
Look out for special news about the macaron schedule for next week, including a day for pre-orders!

I've been baking my heart out to get some pretty Christmas macarons ready, but I didn't forget to make some "normal" macarons for this Friday. Tomorrow sees the return of JUDY dark, all gingery.
- BIANCA white: pure licorice root. Small stock of this flavour.
- RASA milk: coconut in milk chocolate.
- and
JUDY dark: ginger in dark chocolate ganache. I'm using a different chocolate this time, so there might be a slightly different flavour profile.
That's all for this week… time for me to think of some more flavours for Christmas!

Four flavours for Tuesday, but no surprises this time.
- ANTON white: pandan + coconut.
- RASA milk: coconut in milk chocolate.

VIOLA white: the classic (perhaps my signature flavour?) violet and aniseed.
- and the recently well received BIANCA white: pure licorice root.
I hope you like them!
Congratulations to everyone who guessed that the recent MATEUS white was, indeed, durian flavoured!
Macarons are selling out quickly at the moment. Please note that the Liaison Café staff/owners cannot take pre-orders – a few people have been insisting too strongly that they should.

Tomorrow (Friday) it's a spectrum of colours.
- JOANNA white: date and orange blossom.
- STEFAN salted: delicate pistachio with salt, in a chocolate shell.

DAVID dark: raspberries in dark chocolate.
- and there is a very small number of a new flavour MATEUS white: stinky, custardy fermented grilled onion flavour in a coconut shell. Can you guess what that might really be? Only one per person of these until sold out.
