Someone mentioned that if you stayed drinking at the one place the quality of the tapas improved, but we didn't test out that theory. And anyway with more drinks under your belt wouldn't you be less discerning about the quality at that point? Are you also going to the north of spain. Sadly i didn't get to go through there but i've heard plenty good about the food there. So thoughtful of them to see that people don't drink on an empty stomach!!!
