A bit like Jack over at &lt;a href="http://eatingwithjack.blogspot.com/ rel="nofollow"&gt;Eating With Jack&lt;/a&gt;, I really don't like doing the photography thing in eateries... I feel it often intrudes unfairly on others' meals, and fixates on the visual rather than olfactory record.

There were one or two dishes which I felt were at the peak of the flavour wall -- one more step and it would have been too much -- but thankfully nothing on my visit went too far. Robin isn't shy about thinking things should *taste*, so maybe he does take it too far on occasion.</description>

Intriguing to hear you mention the thing about some people finding his food salty (I hadn't heard this before), because we encountered that exact problem with one dish when we visited (I think it was a year and a half ago). I still think it was too salty, because it was only confined to one dish.</description>
